  It is beyond obvious the owners/employees are the only ones commenting positive things about this place. The ever so flattering pictures no guest would realistically take are indication #1, and #2 is the repeated grammar and punctuation errors.
  
  Being a resident of Grand Bend for 15 years and legal for about 2, I came here looking to find Cocos' hours for the weekend. Instead, I was absolutely appalled by the way customers are being treated for their honest reviews here. Disgusting on many levels. I will absolutely not be attending Cocos and will highly encourage anyone reading this to do the same. Gators, Midori, the Colonial hotel or School house restaurant make for much more pleasant and positive experiences. :)

  I was at cocos on a Saturday with 3 friends. They patio was only 1/4 full and they had about 6 waitresses/bar staff. We waited 1 hour 20mins for our food before we cancelled our order. None of staff that we spoke to had any customer service skill. When we complained to the supervisor she just told us "orders take a long time here" and when we said it was unacceptable she just said "that's the wait here there is nothing I can do". So we cancelled our order and asked for the bill. The waitress took 15minutes to bring it and then she gave us the wrong change. And as we got up to leave she said said some unprofessional and inappropriate things... Absolutely disgusting. Worst service ever. Not even deserving of a 1 star

  I wouldnt even give this place a one star rating but I have to because there isn't a no star rating. Came here with my 2 friends expecting a good time and it didn't take us long to realize that most of the reviews on here are 150% correct. Terrible service and obviously the owners/staff are childish and poor business owners considering their insulting comments to PAYING customers. People give reviews that's what it's here for..not for owners to belittle and degrade potential paying customers. This place is a terrible burden on the beautiful strip in grand bend and I wouldn't be saddened in any way if it was shut down. Poor customer service and clearly cannot take criticism at all! Can't wait to see what reply I'll get from the owners. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

  This place is pretty bad. At first it looks good from the outside; nice patio, music... but the service is really bad. The host or guy seating people was really rude and swore at some other staff member while seating us. Then we didn't get a menu and had to ask for one, after asking we waited a good 10 min before one came. I asked for water with my meal and was told I had to buy one, are you kidding? The food was really basic and definitely frozen. The owner has a snobbish entitled attitude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  This is one of my favorite places to go to for drinks and dinner after the beach.I never have to wait very long to be given a menu and asked if I want anything to drink besides water. Everyone here is really attentive and very friendly, especially the bartenders.
  
  The owners always looks so happy to see us and genuinely take such pride in their business . If you're in Grand Bend and craving a perfect burger or big chicken wrap,Coco's is your spot!
  Oh also this place is bustling but not too loud to where you can't hear the person you're talking to, which is a nice plus. The music is also throwbacks and very well chosen. Will be back soon
